Norwood Cooperative Nursery School (NCNS) is proud to celebrate our 50th Anniversary here in Norwood!
One of the longest running nursery schools in Norwood—NCNS was was founded in 1962 by a small group of parents with a desire to provide a caring and exciting first school experience for children by establishing a cooperative relationship with dedicated teachers and committed loving parents.
Our cooperative means working together to benefit all—so together we truly celebrate this milestone!
Cooperative Kids is a weekly program that meets on Friday mornings. It is ideal for the child who is two to three years old and getting ready for preschool. Children have an opportunity to play and have a group experience under the guidance of NCNS teachers, while the parents participate in a relaxed discussion led by a licensed social worker.
When: April 27 to May
Cost: $80
We are looking for some wood for the children to use at our workbench. It needs to be soft wood like pine and small pieces are preferable for little hands. If you have any you would like to donate, please bring it by during school hours.
